I don't know about this applicant, I think we should put him under a spotlight and interrogate him with bamboo shoots under his fingernails to make sure he has the right temprament for this guild, lol. Then after that we can hook up the car battery with his feet in water to test his resolve to actually be in this guild, and then after that we will vote on acceptance.
